Technical Administrator - GMA Job in Chennai at Royal Enfield

Royal Enfield is hiring for the role of Technical Administrator - GMA!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Organize complex travel arrangements for all team members.
• Raise both internal and external purchase orders for prototype, development, and benchmark parts through SAP and manual processes.
• Organise shipping of items both internationally and nationally with relevant documentation and paperwork.
• Receive prototype, development, and benchmark part through a good receiving process in SAP or the current process.
• Check drawings for consistency and completion of all sign-off requirements.
• Liaise with Engineers to ensure all corrections are made and relevant documents are changed.
• Aid Engineers with any Design Release system/process-related queries.
• Organise prototype, development, and benchmark parts required by the GMA Design Team.
• Create non-disclosure agreements (NDA) for new prototype and development part suppliers that Royal Enfield holds no NDA.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor Degree
• IT literacy is essential while use of Google products would be preferable
