Zeta global is hiring for the Technical Account Manager:

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Set up pre-launch meetings with dedicated AM to ensure accurate DSP campaign setup
• Verify accurate pixel assignments
• Ensure budgets, placements, audience breakouts, and geos are set up correctly
• Confirm creatives are assigned properly
• Review and align on KPIs and goals
• Monitor daily pacing during the first week of campaign launch
• Alert Technical AM about new or existing pixel requests
• Coordinate with Technical AM to create pixels and ensure proper tracking and dashboard integration
• Regularly check pixel firing and report issues to the team
• Notify Technical AM about upcoming creative launches
• Request QA from Technical AM on launch day to ensure creative accuracy
• Inform Technical AM of 1st Party Data requests for upload or targeting
• Ensure proper 1st Party Data usage with POC
• Send weekly emails highlighting pixel and pacing issues
• Troubleshoot Tableau dashboard issues (e.g., missing or incorrect data)

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Strong technical background with hands-on problem-solving experience
• Ability to lead discussions and represent company technically
• Critical thinking skills for people, process, and tech challenges
• Ability to implement solutions that optimize client investment
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating operational risks
• Team collaboration skills for world-class service delivery
• Preferred but not required: Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Time management and project prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking for problem-solving and decision-making
• Detail-oriented mindset to catch data-impacting issues
• Basic understanding of business operations, strategies, and information flow
