Zeta is hiring for the role of Technical Account Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Prior to launch, schedule a meeting with the dedicated Account Manager (AM) to ensure the campaign is set up accurately in the DSP
  • Confirm that all pixels are assigned correctly
  • Verify budgets, placements, and audience breakouts are accurate
  • Ensure geographic targeting (geos) is correctly set
  • Confirm creatives are properly assigned
  • Review and confirm KPIs and campaign goals are clearly set
  • Monitor daily pacing during the first week post-launch
  • AM to notify Technical AM of any new or existing pixel requests
  • Technical AM to work with POC to create pixels, ensure proper tracking, and confirm data is feeding accurately into dashboards
  • Regularly check pixel firing status and alert the team of any issues
  • AM to alert Technical AM of new creatives launching and expected launch dates
  • On the launch date, Technical AM to perform QA to ensure creatives are running accurately as provided
  • AM to notify Technical AM of any 1st Party Data upload or usage requests
  • Technical AM to coordinate with POC to upload and verify proper utilization for targeting
  • Send weekly emails highlighting any pixel firing or pacing issues
  • Troubleshoot issues with Tableau dashboards, such as missing or incorrect data
  • Act as a subject matter expert in site tagging implementation and 1st Party Data ingestion
  • Monitor high-touch campaigns and provide proactive technical recommendations
  • Facilitate meetings to resolve critical issues and share insights for ongoing improvement

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong technical background with hands-on expertise to work through challenges and events
  • Ability to drive discussions and represent Zeta from a technical standpoint
  • Critical thinking skills related to people, process, and technology challenges
  • Ability to execute solutions and functionality to optimize client investment
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring clients' operational health
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to deliver world-class service
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts (a plus but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data analysis programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey findings
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and inform decisions
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding factors that could impact results
  • General understanding of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow
