NielsenlQ is hiring for the role of Tech Training Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible to Plan, design & create (or curate) the training materials on company products, processes, and technologies.
• Orient trainers about the content and scope of the training.
• Deliver trainings when required.
• Updates the content on an on-going basis.
• Analyzes course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvement.
• Interpret data to judge progress and cost-effectiveness.
• Help the Tech Competency Leader to evaluate external learning vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) willing to learn tech skills.
• Proven track record in diverse technical competencies - Java Full stack or Data Engineering with Python/ Pyspark /Databricks or Data Science, AI/ML track or Data and Business Intelligence stack as trainer/developer. Working knowledge of Apache Airflow is an added advantage.
• Besides proficiency with M365 Platform and well-versed on the various LMS platforms available in the market.
• Excellent verbal and written communicators.
• Facilitation / Organization skills.
• Proven experience as a Tech expert (2 yrs) willing to learn training skills.
