AT&T is hiring for the post of Tech Specialist, APP/PROD Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications, MuleSoft APIs, and Heroku environments in the production support context.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies aligning with production support goals.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce applications, MuleSoft APIs, and Heroku environments.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and security of applications and integrations.
• Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Work closely with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand the impact of changes and updates on the production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless testing and deployment process.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive and critical test scenarios.
• Implement and enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with the incident management team to conduct impact analysis and regression testing for changes introduced during incident resolution.
• Participate in post-incident reviews to identify testing improvements and preventive measures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and testing-related artifacts.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of testing results and defects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and tools.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in testing methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in testing Salesforce applications, MuleSoft APIs, and Heroku environments.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, etc.).
• Knowledge of production support processes and incident management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
