MSCI is hiring for the role of Tech Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitoring & management of alerts, and events via relevant monitoring & ticketing tools
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for On-prem and cloud platform issues
- Provide level 1 technical support for applications on On-prem & cloud-based systems
- Coordinate maintenance activities and outages with infrastructure, Application management, and TCS teams
- Identify key areas for automation and optimization to enhance productivity
- Identify opportunities for optimizing performance and provide suggestions for development
- Should have exposure to handling major incidents and escalations
- Creating Dashboards & automation of existing BAU work
Requirements:
- 1+ years of overall experience working in 24 X 7 IT infrastructure, Application & Operations environment
- Monitoring & management of alerts, and events via relevant monitoring & ticketing tools
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for On-prem and cloud platform issues
- Provide level 1 technical support for applications on On-prem & cloud-based systems.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and outages with infrastructure, Application management, and TCS teams
