Fiserv is hiring for the role of Tech Lead!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Lead the planning and initiation of software development projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelinesCollaborate with engineering, product management, design, and quality assurance teams to align project goals and priorities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including software developers, designers, and other team members.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor their progress.Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure that software development adheres to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Implement and track quality metrics.
• Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
• Assess the impact of changes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, executive management, and project teams.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals and requirements are clearly understood.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in software development.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
