Requirements:
- Should have worked in a large-scale integration program as a Tech Delivery Manager preferably in the Payments domain.
- Should have some functional / Technical knowledge of Payments estate
- Should have a very worked clearing scheme to appreciate the complexity and the handling of Payment workflows
- Should have good knowledge of delivering resilient, scalable, and secure applications that are performant, preferably with Instant Payments adoption which have stringent SLAs
- Should have participated in key decision-making for different solutions and shaped the solution delivery outcomes that are practical
- Should have led independent initiatives that either improved a process or defined a new process that helped in overall delivery.
- Some basic knowledge of Payments Sanctions, Payments Accountings, Fees, and Billing is expected.
- Expected to be aware of File-based Payments (disbursements, collections) instruments.
- It will be good to have some knowledge of different integration protocols SFTP, Connect Direct, TCP Sockets, and HTTP ReST API.
- Should have a good understanding of DB concepts with strong knowledge of at least 1 RDMS like Oracle and preferred if the candidate has working knowledge of Object Oriented DB (Mongo DB).
- Nice to have some knowledge of Google Cloud, Amazon Webservices, or Azure Cloud adoption of large-scale platforms related to Payments processing.
