Cipla is hiring for the role of Project Management!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Mitigate risks proactively by monitoring project progress against identified risks, tracking deliverables, reviewing milestones, and providing feedback and information to the Project team to ensure timely execution
- Drive effective project communication to ensure sound decisions by doing cross-functional project team meetings and sharing consistent information across stakeholders
- Build relationships with the Business team, portfolio, and external customers by sharing project progress, and doing project review meetings to achieve targeted deliverables.
- Ensure continuous improvement of internal processes and project execution by monitoring progress for smooth functioning of the projects.
- Drive successful product approval by developing a product development strategy and a detailed work plan to ensure successful project delivery within the laid down parameters of time and cost
Requirements:
- Plan monitored, and executed IPD projects within budget and time to secure the launches as per the business need.
- B. Pharm/M. Pharm/ MSc preferably PMP certified.
- 2-5 years in the field of product development and/ or project management in the Pharmaceutical industry
