TEAM MANAGER - SALES - South Job in Chennai at Sharekhan Ltd

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Acquisition for Sharekhan Financial Products as per the target – Equity, Mutual Funds. SIP, derivatives; etc 
• Brokerage generation as per the target 
• Hand holding of clients during initial phases 
• To handle sales promotion activities from time to time 
• Prepare and submit required reports from time to time
• To achieve Sales team target from time to time 
• Do maintain Sales MIS of the team and report in timely manner.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team maintain client activity ratio and report the same.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

• Managing Sales Team of allotted Team proficiently with maximising the productivity and constant improvisation in Quality.
• Building a strong etical culture within the team and demonstarate strong Leadership

TO CONTRIBUTE:

• Maintaining & Preparing Sales MIS.
• Ability to train and motivate the team to develop prospect base and effectively cross sell/ up sell product
• offering other than core equity products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from Any Stream.
• 8 to 10 years of work experience includng minimum 4 years of experience as a team handling .
