About this Job
Hero MotoCorp is hiring for the role of Team Manager-ppc and Inventory!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analysis of Variance in Stocks (System vs Physical) at SKU level and Part Group Level
- Identification of Transactional issues in SAP and corrections
- Parking of Stock Variations in System
- Perpetual Inventory Planning & Execution
- Operations Planning & Support- Maintaining Service Ratio of New Model Parts
- Maintaining Service ratio across categories
- Daily monitoring of RM Ageing Units for Ageing based Production
- Part level planning for Production in WMS System
- Regular Proactive monitoring for Standard Orders to be archived (where we have Material Availability) and intimation to the concerned for necessary action
- Defining Batch sizes, Safety stocks and Inventory days in WMS System for Optimised Production as per capacity
Requirements:
- B.Tech/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering
- Analysis capabilities
- Process knowledge
- Extensive WMS knowledge
- SAP
- Parts Business know how
- MS Excel
- Power-point
- Communication skills
