Barclays is hiring for the role of Team Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure daily SLAs are met as per the business schedule.
• Manage and address queries raised by the client and other stakeholders.
• Accountable for identifying, analyzing, and resolving/implementing processing issues to prevent reoccurrence, reducing loss to the business.
• Provide support and cover in terms of process management to team members.
• Conduct Quality Assurance checks on the process and ensure the team adheres to the agreed controls and checks.
• Monitor performance for all advisors every month and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Address daily workflow issues and effectively handle people issues.
• Update AVP with the performance of the team and daily updates related to processes and people.
• Measure the performance of the team, e.g., performance appraisals, confirmations, ongoing feedback, and training.
• Keep track of people management and ensure people adhere to laid down policies.
• Assist AVP with the Disciplinary and Grievances framework, completing documentation, and scribing for interviews.
• Handle audits for the team and ensure open actions are closed promptly.
• Drive a process improvement culture within the team. Identify and eliminate non-value-added steps in the process.
• Positively support and contribute to team building and team dynamics by personally displaying team attributes.
• Participate in and lead any project-related changes within the unit.
• Drive and create risk awareness among the team.
