Team Leader – Operations role Job in Jaipur at Sk Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of operations executives.
• Allocate work efficiently and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular team reviews and performance assessments.
• Oversee and verify all KYC and customer documentation as per regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation across all files processed by the team.
• Liaise effectively with sales teams, coordinators and branch staff to ensure seamless file processing.
• Monitor workflow and ensure smooth processing of LAP/Mortgage cases from application to branch handover.
• Maintain error-free documentation and escalate discrepancies, if any.
• Maintain and update daily/weekly reports and dashboards using Excel.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling in an NBFC (preferably in LAP/Mortgage operations)
• Strong exposure to customer KYC verification and file scrutiny
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
• Strong understanding of operations processes and regulatory compliance in NBFCs
