Team Leader – Operations Job in Bangalore at Equiniti

Equiniti is hiring for the role of Team Leader – Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead a Team of 2 - 3 (Senior Procurement Officer, Procurement Officer and Associate) and ensure that the teams meet the levels of service stated in the SLA
• Develop and establish basic operational training programs to equip the team with the knowledge essential to their day-to-day activities
• Actively engage, contribute, and support existing team initiatives to support the GPS Strategy
• Deputize for the Procurement Manager/Regional Procurement Manager if, and when, required Operational Performance & KPI's
• Ensure that all requisitions, quotes, purchase orders, and invoices are processed in accordance with SLA provisions for the APM and their team members
• Follow up and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that goods and services are provided as required
• Comply with the 5 R's (Right product, Right quantity, Right place, Right time and Right price.)
• Ensure that clear audit trails and records are available to justify and back up all procurement decisions
• Maintain BASSnet data to ensure that accurate KPIs can be produced
• Set targets for the team and monitor progress

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including macros and database administration
• Prior experience in leading a team
