Concentrix is hiring for the role of Team Leader - Operational!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve stretched targets and manage complex/ difficult employee situations
- Handle escalations (team and client)
- Understand and drive metrics improvement
- Ensure that the internal/external targets are met and that the team shows continuous improvement month-on-month
- Impart coaching and feedback to mid and bottom-quartile agents
Requirements:
- Sales experience (minimum 2 years) with 4 years overall experience
- Should have worked in the Sales domain, Insurance sales will be preferred
- Flexible to work with a 24*7 working window with 6 days of working
- Strong Communication in English & Hindi
- People Management Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task
- Decision-making ability
- Effective performance planning for self and team, time management, and self-organization
