for efficient debt recovery operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team

as a Team Leader in HR to help lead and develop the HR operations across the Delhi/NCR and Mumbai regoida

regiKey Responsibilities

- Lead the HR team for day-to-day operations across multiple regional offices.

- Oversee full HR operations & Employee Life Cycle, from recruitment, onboarding,

performance management, employee engagement, to offboarding.

- Ensure the implementation and adherence to HR policies and directives, providing

guidance and support to employees and management.

- Manage critical HR metrics such as retention, attrition, employee engagement, and cost

control within a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee concerns and support the

development of HR strategies that align with business goals.

Job Title: Team Leader - HR (Delhi & Noida)

- Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff, fostering a collaborative, productive, and

positive working environment.

- Coach and mentor HR staff and managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives

and HR best practices.

- Support the execution of organizational change initiatives related to company culture,

performance management, and employee recognition.

- Assist with employee training, development programs, and succession planning to

ensure organizational growth.

- Use data analytics to track HR metrics, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions

to improve HR operations.

- Partner with leadership and other departments to align HR practices with overall

business objectives and strategies.

- Act as a liaison for compliance-related matters, ensuring adherence to legal

requirements, labor laws, and company policies.

- Manage statutory compliance and legal hearings in coordination with the company’s

legal counsel.

Reporting Structure:

The Team Leader - HR will report directly to the Senior HR Manager/CHRO for day-to-day role

deliverables and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- A Management Degree with specialization in HR is preferred.

- At least 2-3 years of HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.

- Proven experience in HR operations, including performance management, employee relations,

and compliance.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Native residents of Delhi/Noida/Mm baior individuals currently working in the region are preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Monday to Saturday; 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Work from Office only.
