Grand Hyatt is hiring for the role of Team Leader Front Office!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for assisting with the efficient operation of the department, aligned with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Ensure the department meets employee, guest, and owner expectations.
- Act as a Team Leader for the Front Office, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division
Requirements:
- Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
- Must possess good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
