Team Leader – Fitness Sales Job in Mumbai at GetSetFit

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and train a team of 8–10 Fitness Sales Executives
• Drive daily lead conversions from Instagram, ShareChat, and other platforms
• Track and ensure achievement of team’s monthly sales targets
• Coach team on soft skills, objection handling, and sales communication
• Personally help close high-value or stuck leads when required
• Maintain CRM hygiene – entries, updates, lead stage tracking
• Work with marketing for campaign execution & social media lead generation
• Maintain team discipline, energy, and fitness-first culture 

Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a team lead role
• Must have worked in fitness, wellness, or gym-related brands
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic social media management tools & platforms
• Excellent in people management and communication
• Good English communication skills to manage global clients if needed
• Willing to work weekends and represent the brand during fitness events
