Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assets capitalization & accounting, retirement & addition register maintenance
• Depreciation cost validation
• FAR preparation and reconciliation (India & US)
• CWIP reconciliation
• Physical Assets verification
• Car lease end to end accounting
• Statutory and internal audits support
• MIS reporting & certifications 
• Insurance Management
• Ensure adequate insurance of assets & liabilities
• Annual insurance renewal of assets & liabilities
• Liaising with the insurance company
• Timely claim submission
• Understanding of India GAAP, IndAS, and US GAAP to assist in accurate and complete accounting for vendors and employees and various internal and external financial audits

Requirements:

• Proven Computer navigation skills (Mandatory / Optional). Mandatory
• Proven keyboarding speed (Mandatory / Optional)Mandatory
• Proven working knowledge of MS Office suite (Mandatory / Optional) Mandatory
• Experience in working on PeopleSoft/ Oracle Preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Excel including macros Preferred
• Understanding of INDAS, US & India GAAP Preferred
• Understanding of Taxation ( Direct & Indirect tax) Preferred
• Knowledge about the Insurance industry in the US (Mandatory / Optional) Optional
• Knowledge about US Culture Optional
• Knowledge of collection fundamentals Optional de
