Concentrix is hiring for the role of Team Leader - Customer Service and Sales!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure that team members perform in line with required sales performance metrics (Customer Service performance metric).
- Manage workload in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze customer feedback data.
- Pursue quality and assurance initiatives.
- Present recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ previous team management experience.
- PC literacy, fast typing, and experience using appropriate software and systems.
- Clear credit, disciplinary, and criminal records.
- Good interpersonal skills to motivate Agents and provide feedback in a positive, constructive way that will encourage performance improvement
