Team Leader (Customer Care) Job in Indore at Sk Finance Limited

Job Requirements:

• Must be in same role (Team Leading in Customer service domain)
• Make sure excellent services are provided to customer by team
• Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions.
• Liaising with other departments for the follow up and timely resolution of customer requests and complaints
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer service executives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

Job Description:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years
• Qualification: Graduate
• Eligibility: Candidate Preferred from NBFC/ Banking/ Finance Industry.
• Location: Indore
