Team Leader (Contact Center) Job in Bangalore at Rupeek Fintech Private Limited.

Role:

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of 10+ members to achieve performance targets.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and support team development.
• Efficiently manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and operations teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Gather insights and inputs from customer interactions to drive process improvements.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Thrive in an uncertain and fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to changes.
• Develop and track input and output metrics to measure team performance.
• Utilize basic Excel skills to analyze data, track metrics and report on team performance.
• Identify trends and insights from data to inform decision-making and process optimization.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Experience:

• Proficiency in any 1 regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil) and English, Hindi is mandatory.
• Prior experience in a credit card or startup environment is highly preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
