Team Leader - Collections Job in Rewari at Sk Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of collection executives.
• Allocate accounts and set daily/weekly collection targets for the team.
• Monitor and review daily performance metrics, follow-up status, and collection effectiveness.
• Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate repayment solutions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Coach, mentor, and train new and existing team members to improve collection techniques and customer handling.
• Coordinate with internal departments like legal, credit, and operations as required.
• Generate and analyze collection reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Recommend improvements in processes and systems to enhance collection efficiency.
• Ensure customer interaction is professional, respectful, and within organizational guidelines.
