Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Managing Team Activities: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Motivating the Team: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing Timelines: Create and implement timelines to achieve targets effectively.
• Delegating Tasks: Assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to maximize team members' potential and improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly performance reviews to assess team members' progress and provide feedback.
• Contributing to Growth: Play a key role in the company's growth by leading a successful team.
• Creating a Positive Environment: Foster a pleasant working environment that inspires the team and enhances productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Team Leader (on paper).
• Proficiency in handling reports such as Shrinkage, Attrition, Quality, SLA, NPS, AHT, and CSAT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in team handling, preferably from a BPO background.
• Strong people management skills.
• Experience managing a team of 15 to 20 FTEs.
