Paytm is hiring for the role of Team Leader - Bangalore!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
- Ensure visibility and accountability through extensive QR deployment and collateral placement.
- Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
- Plan the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE).
- Devise effective methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs. delivery gap.
- Monitor the quality parameters as suggested by the management.
- Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
- Ensure team members are present in markets where sales and usage occur regularly.
Requirements:
- Experience Required: 2-8 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/ business development.
- Min Qualification – Graduation / MBA
- Local candidates aware of the geography shall be preferred
- Kannada speaking is must
