Tata 1mg is hiring for the role of Team Lead- Warehouse Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Implement knowledge of 5S, Kaizens, and other improvement tools
- Assist with operations of large inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/BBA)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in E-commerce/Warehouse Operations
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and system knowledge
- Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage
- Willing to work rotational shifts
- Ideal candidates should have good exposure to working in a warehouse environment
- Good practical knowledge of Inbound/Outbound/Inventory functions
- Should have handled large teams
- Good team player with proven leadership skills
- Experience of team handling of about 50-100 pp
