Lenovo is hiring for the role of Team Lead - IT Asset Mgmt.!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Defining/Modifying wherever required to improve the procedures for Asset
• Maintaining/tracking the inventory/AMC /Warranty details over the site.
• Maintaining Warranty Information on All IT-related Assets Notify concerned stake holders.
• Maintaining Day-to-Day Activities, Records Accurately both in the form of Hard and Soft Copies.
• Maintaining lost asset details.
• Maintaining not working/scrap asset details.
• Maintaining an updated Asset Database online for both Hardware and Software Assets/Verify the CMDB immediately after every IMAC activity and Change Activities.
• Preparing Monthly MIS/Weekly Reports on Asset Management
• Updating the concerned stake holder on the Details of the End of Life period for the Assets.
• Maintaining the inventory of Spare Management.
• Maintaining a Monthly List of Allocations Movements Release Software Allocations Accessories Allocations etc.

Requirements:

• Full-time bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines.
• Two to three (2-3) years of relevant experience in team management.
• Two-Three (2-3) years of relevant experience in managing IT Assest operation and Maintenace
• Experience supporting Banking or Fintech industry customers.
• Excellent oral & written communications skills in English.
• Local language fluency - Hindi / Marathi a plus.
