Team Lead – Investment Relationship Job in Chandigarh at Sharekhan Ltd

Direct Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team
• Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, maintain client activity ratio and report the same
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and preparing Sales MIS
• Ability to train and motivate team to develop prospect base and effectively cross-sell / up-sell products
