Team Lead, GCC Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead a team of GCC Recruiters and ensure smooth day-to-day operations 
• Allocate job requirements among the team and monitor productivity 
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance and sourcing quality 
• Conduct regular team review meetings and performance evaluations 

Recruitment Delivery:

• Oversee end-to-end GCC hiring across different domains  
• Closely monitor sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to ensure quality and timelines 
• Handle escalations related to client expectations, candidate queries, or internal delays 
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for active and future requirements 
• Coordinate with GCC clients for requirement gathering, updates, and feedback 
• Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business 

Process & Reporting:

• Maintain recruitment trackers, daily performance logs, and dashboards for the team 
• Provide daily/weekly updates to the Vertical Head and management 
• Ensure compliance with GCC hiring processes, documentation, and standards 
• Implement best recruitment practices for faster turnaround and improved quality 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in GCC hiring 
• Prior experience in handling a team or acting as a senior recruiter 
• Strong knowledge of GCC job markets and hiring expectations 
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) 
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring and time-sensitive requirements 
• Proficiency in job portals 
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and negotiation skills
