Job Description:

• To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales & Revenue
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Set clear team goals.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Motivate team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Interviewing and training new team member, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition.
• Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner.
• Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.
