Adidas is hiring for the role of Team Lead - Direct-To-Customer!

Responsibilities:

• Define, execute, and validate testing scenarios.
• Ensure accurate documentation of new developments and implementations of DTC channels.
• Report results to management and business stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements based on analysis and tests performed.
• Analyze product performance through analytics and troubleshooting during the hyper care phase.
• Oversee product stabilization and enhancements post go-live.
• Provide technical expertise on DTC processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for specific products or sub-functionalities.
• Accountability for team problem-solving and decision-making.
• Responsible for team management and people handling.

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze and test large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of DTC processes.
• Experience with SAP and OmniHub is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a strong inclination for problem-solving.
• Proactive, engaging, and impact-oriented mindset with an end-to-end thinking approach.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English in a business setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the accounting/business area.
