Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Collection experience of consumer loans/business loans. 
• A graduate degree (in any field).  
• Preferably a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certificate. 
• Good knowledge of Computers (MS Office, email communication).
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• A degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
