HILLENBRAND is hiring for the role of Team Lead - CAM!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the scheduled work projects to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Analyze the needs of all CAM Programmers by evaluating functions, current practices, procedures, and team goals.
- Inform the CAM Manager on any areas of concern, seeking advice when necessary.
- Coordinate and adjust employee work schedules as required to meet deadlines, utilizing overtime as required.
- Maintain appropriate communications within and between various functional areas of the company globally.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years in a technical and people management position preferably in mold making/Hot Runner manufacturing organization.
