U&I is hiring for the role of Teach Manager - Child Development!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Plan, develop, implement and revise our academic and life-skills curriculum.
- Support learning centres to implement remote learning successfully.
- Revise and update lesson plans for teachers and assessments for students on a timely basis.
- Constantly identify needs, collect feedback, and improve existing content.
- Have a vision for the end-to-end delivery of the programme to all our students.
Requirements:
- Excellent planning, organising, and driving skills.
- Have an aptitude for research.
- Creativity and the ability to ideate.
- Proactive and result-oriented.
- Ability to analyse data and interpret programme impact
