Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare, review, and file tax returns for globally mobile employees, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide advice on tax planning, withholding responsibilities, and social security contributions.
• Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll tax and social security reporting.
• Offer specialized tax advice on assignment structures, leveraging tax treaties for tax-efficient benefits.
• Educate employees on their tax responsibilities and implications of international assignments.
• Advise on tax equalization and protection policies, ensuring compliance.
• Analyze compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
• Prepare supporting applications and documentation to optimize employees' tax positions.
• Maintain accurate tax records and ensure audit-readiness.
• Stay updated on the latest international tax laws and regulations.
• Compile and present tax reports to management, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Understand other business service lines to collaborate effectively with Tax SMEs for integrated solutions.
• Research country-specific tax issues relevant to the organization's operations.
• Act as the primary contact for clients with employees on business trips, providing excellent service.
• Communicate with clients to update on trip assessments and address concerns.
• Manage financial aspects of engagements, including billing, collection, and KPIs tracking.
• Collaborate with clients to implement Global Mobility Tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing clients based on evolving needs.
• Work on expanding the client portfolio and building client relationships to drive revenue.
• Analyze market trends and competition to spot potential growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Graduation in B. Com, BBA, BBM, or BMS.
• 0-12 months or up to 1 year of India Tax experience is required.
• Knowledge in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Work location: Gurgaon, In-office.
