Tax Associate Job in Manesar at Agilent Technologies

Agilent Technologies is hiring for the role of Tax Associate!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Provide tax advice and services in assigned areas of technical expertise to Agilent at the enterprise and entity levels
• Advise managers or other employees in areas of compliance (including SOX), transfer pricing, planning, and training
• Assigned areas may include income tax, transaction tax, property tax, corporate legal structure, acquisitions and divestitures, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions
• Research, prepare, analyze, and document tax issues and compliance for the geographic and process area of responsibility, including systems and accounting understanding
• Work with outside advisors where appropriate
• Partner with businesses and other functions in the implementation of business or process changes
• Participate in the formulation, coordination, and implementation of Agilent’s global tax strategy to optimize global after-tax results
• Represent Agilent in audits, litigation, and negotiations with government authorities regarding tax matters
• Participate in cross-functional projects, partnering with finance and non-finance functions like Corporate Controllership, Corporate Financial Reporting, HR, legal, corporate development, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and order management

Requirements:

• CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance (Regular)
• 2-3 years of experience in Indirect Taxation (Preferably for the EMEA region)
