Tax Associate Job in Gurgaon at Keysight Technologies

Keysight is hiring for the role of Tax Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support statutory audit for assigned legal subsidiaries. It includes preparing audit schedules, Analytics pack, LLGAAP-compliant financial statements, and subsequent query resolution
• Screen, assess, and escalate potential risk situations and seek resolution
• Establish a bridge between applicable Local GAAP and USGAAP reporting requirements
• File statutory returns/statistical filings as per local regulatory requirements, preparation/bookings of Corporate Tax accrual and reconciliations
• Understand various Income Tax compliances and assessment procedures
• Drive closure on Month end close issues, collaborate with stakeholders and respective KBF functions to address compliance concerns
• Drive operational tasks with external consultants and manage the relationship to a certain extent

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant with 0-1 year of experience preferably in Audit and Direct Tax
• Should be good at communication and a team player
• Knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
