Tax and Treasury Manager Job in Gurgaon at Genpact

Ganpact is hiring for the role of Tax and Treasury Manager! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Completion of tax returns by jurisdiction deadlines
• Property tax renditions, including value evaluations and bill payments
• Sales/Use tax returns and payments
• Running EOM-assigned reports
• Tracking and updating expiring exemption certificates
• Creating check requests for property and sales tax payments
• Loading exemption certificates in Vertex-O within 12 hours
• Creating tax adjustments for corrections on lessee accounts
• Completing booking file reviews
• Assisting in SOC and jurisdiction audits for client support
• Helping in tax research, laws, and regulations to support clients or supervisors
• Tracking and prepping for tax license renewals
• Handling tax projects assigned by management
• Processing CORA workflows daily
• Conducting 100% peer audit and 30% FLM audit on each activity, reporting discrepancies
• Meeting SLAs/KPIs as agreed in client contracts
• Referring to SOPs for processing and updating recent changes
• Reporting errors on the error tracker daily
• Completing Genome, Amber, and iLearn tasks monthly

Requirements:

• Minimum: B.Com/MBA Finance/CA-Inter
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in tax
  • Good written/verbal communication
  • MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power BI)
  • Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
