Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct the engagement in a professional manner and in accordance with the team’s and client’s expectations
• Provide timely and high-quality services and work products
• Demonstrate an understating of basic tax concepts
• Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific client needs
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion when working on client deliverables
• Responsible for execution of day-to-day deliverables through quality work
• Responsible for meeting contractual SLAs
• Adhere to standard processes and ensure consistency
• Escalate issues and queries
• Develop a high-level understanding of all the work streams and collaborate with different work streams as required by the business
• Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual goals
• Perform a thorough self-review of all work done
• Assist team in managing client projects
• Adhere to practice protocols and other internal processes consistently

Requirements:

• Flexibility to adapt to different business requirements from time-time
• A graduate and/or post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM
• No prior experience required
