Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work closely with a Senior/Manager in analyzing and interpreting data to maximize opportunities for a zero-defect culture.
- Apply project management concepts to manage engagement delivery
- Should be able to come up with innovative methods of achieving goals
- Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment
- Facilitate quality improvement initiatives/meetings
- Identify training gaps for self and work with leadership to bridge gaps
- Develop and share best practices with team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree

- Expertise in relationship building with different roles and levels in the organization
