Tax Analyst Job in Gurgaon at EY (Ernst & Young)

Ernst & Young is hiring for the role of Tax Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely in team to carry out the day to day activities of analysing data for various corporate tax related calculations, returns and reporting to meet the daily/Weekly/monthly objectives
• Research complex tax legislation and positions and apply them to specific client needs
• Determine all information required to ensure/complete accurate tax compliance products within the budget. Formulate a plan to gather/communicate information and deliver the end product
• Determine areas of exposure and adapt to challenges in the compliance process
• Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations
• Maintain continuous interaction with reviewers, onshore counterparts, manage expectations and ensure exceptional client service
• Adherence to the Service Charter/ SLA's
• Self-review of assigned work

Requirements:

• Be proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
• Possess strong analytical and interpretation skills
• Confident and self-motivating attitude
• Good interpersonal skills and enthusiastic
• 0 to 2 years of total work experience
• Any commerce bachelors or master’s degree
• Experience in audit / tax / finance is desirable
• Possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
