Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure areas of work are executed in accordance with the work programme, firm’s methodologies, guidance, and professional standards.
• Use electronic working papers and various software applications efficiently to conduct research.
• Acquire and demonstrate competence in technical knowledge and compliance processes by staying updated on trends, developments, and technical authorities.
• Analyze and convert data into a tax product (advisory/compliance), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Check documents thoroughly and make them available for tax inspections appropriately.
• Demonstrate professionalism with a positive and cooperative attitude, maintaining the confidentiality and proprietary nature of client relationships and work products.
• Be sensitive towards EY's code of conduct, values, and quality standards.
• Contribute to the team’s success by developing a thorough understanding of EY methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Keep team members informed of work status.
• Seek assignments when unassigned.
• Seek opportunities to provide tax services.

Requirements:

• Candidates should be:

  • IT savvy
• To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • A graduate and/or postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA or PGDM
• Experience:
