Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to users of our Tally software, resolving issues and answering queries promptly and effectively.
• Utilize your deep knowledge of Tally to guide customers through software functionalities, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure smooth software operations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to explain complex accounting concepts and software features to users with varying levels of expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate software bugs, suggesting Improvements and enhancements to our development team for a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our customers.
• Leverage your problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer pain points, working closely with them to find suitable solutions and improve their overall experience.
• Assist in training and onboarding new customers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our Tally software.

Requisite:

• Graduate/Any Diploma or Postgraduate (B.Com. Preferred)
• Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Passion for the SaaS industry and its best practices
• Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive.
