Startelelogic is hiring for the role of Talented AI Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve CX-specific problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to pre-process and analyse large datasets.
• Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Fine-tune AI models for improved performance and accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies
• Document code, algorithms, and processes for future reference.
• Integrate AI models into production systems.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow,PyTorch, or Keras is a plus.
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
• A wartime mentality, with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
