The Golden Rise is hiring for the role of Talent Sourcing Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non-IT roles through job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Review and assess resumes to identify candidates who meet the specific requirements of non-IT positions.
  • Conduct interviews, including initial screenings and in-depth discussions, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for non-IT roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and keeping them informed of their status.
  • Create and manage job postings for non-IT positions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with job requirements.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and offer details.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role with a strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
