Astreya is hiring for the role of Talent Development Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent development programs:
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and manage learning and development resources, including online courses, workshops, and mentoring programs.
  • Identify and assess training needs through data analysis and employee feedback.
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees:
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs to help new employees acclimate to the company culture and role.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees during their first few months.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs.
• Coordinate career development opportunities for employees:
  • Provide career counseling and guidance to employees.
  • Develop and implement career development programs, such as mentorship programs and leadership development programs.
  • Track employee career progress and provide opportunities for advancement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in talent development:
  • Attend industry conferences and workshops.
  • Read industry publications and research reports.
  • Network with other talent development professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Education, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in talent development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
