Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a long-term talent acquisition and culture strategy.
  • Process Management: Overhaul and manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Sourcing & Candidate Profiling: Implement effective sourcing strategies and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Culture Building & Employee Engagement: Act as a custodian of company culture. Translate KSL Cleantech’s values from paper into practice by integrating them into all HR processes, from hiring to performance reviews. Organize workshops, team-building events, and company-wide initiatives to strengthen a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Training & Development: Design, organize, and execute workshops and events to improve the overall standards of people, knowledge, and understanding within the organization. This includes technical and soft skills training, leadership development, and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
  • Mentoring & Probation Oversight: Establish a framework for mentoring and ensure probation periods are effectively used for growth and performance assessment.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor any internal recruitment or HR team members.
  • Data & Analytics: Use recruitment and employee engagement metrics to analyze the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Work to enhance KSL Cleantech's reputation, highlighting its mission and values.
  • Compliance: Ensure all practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition and a background in organizational development, culture-building, or learning and development. Experience in the cleantech industry is highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think proactively and strategically to build long-term talent pipelines and solve complex challenges.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address bottlenecks in processes.
