Arcot Group is hiring for the role of Talent Coordinator !

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Talent Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for talents, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
• Shoot Assistance: Support talents and production teams during shoots, ensuring seamless execution.
• Audition Management: Organize and facilitate auditions, liaising with both talents and clients to ensure timely and professional execution.
• Profile Management: Assist in updating and maintaining talent portfolios, ensuring all relevant details, images, and videos are up to date.
• Talent Manager Support: Work closely with talent managers to streamline talent onboarding, training, and career development.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meetings, rehearsals, and shoot schedules, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of auditions, contracts, and other relevant documentation for each talent.
• Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, casting opportunities, and emerging talent to enhance the company’s talent pool.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Performing Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant years of experience in talent management, event coordination, or the entertainment industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
• Prior experience working with actors, influencers, or content creators is a plus.
