AKMV Consultants Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  
• Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws and regulations.
  
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in white-collar hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
