Corporate Stalwarts is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Trainee!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Source candidates through various job portals, and social media channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Be good at communication over the call.
- Screen the candidates as per the Job description/Assessment parameter and create a panel for interviews within the timeline
- Assist in interview line-ups and follow-ups with candidates.
- Prepare daily candidate database in Recruitment Management Software
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor/Master degree
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Technical and Non-Technical positions.
- Internship experience in recruitment is Preferable
- Good communication skills and attitude for new learning and research-oriented approach to explore and grow.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook), Google Drive, and working internet knowledge.
